This means the timber used in the construction is milled directly from felled trees, as opposed to engineered wood products like veneer or particleboard, which are composite materials created by binding wood fibres or strands with adhesives. Solid timber has the same internal structure all the way through, granting it lasting strength and durability. Our solid timber dining tables share this quality, they can easily last decades with minimal care.

Over time, they simply acquire a patina that adds character rather than wear. Because solid timber is a natural material, it has unique properties no two pieces share.
