Our Shipping Options

At Icon By Design we understand that our customers have different needs when it comes to delivery of their items. We realise that shipping can be a significant part of the overall price and we have managed to reduce the shipping cost as compared to our competitors.

Please note that orders are delivered in a single shipment. If items in the order have differing Shipment Dates, the order will be despatched when the last item is ready for delivery. Please let us know if you would like your order despatched in multiple shipments - we will determine the revised shipping cost for you.

  • White Glove Delivery Premium Service

    Our premium White Glove delivery service offers a scheduled day of delivery to your room of choice by a 2 man team as well as assembly and packaging removal for all products in your order. Our delivery partner will be in contact with you after dispatch to organise a suitable date for delivery. This service provides an estimated window of time for delivery one business day prior. On the morning of delivery you will receive a live tracking link.

  • Room of Choice Standard Service

    This service offers room of choice delivery on a scheduled day with live tracking. The 2 man delivery team will bring your boxes in via stairs or lift as long as it is safe and accessible. Delivery partner will be in contact via text message to find a suitable date for delivery. In advance of the agreed date of delivery, you will be provided with a time window in which the delivery team expects to arrive.

    Does not include unpacking, assembly or rubbish removal.

  • Front Door Delivery Economy Service

    Our economy shipping option is to the first door on street level of your delivery address. Delivery is during business hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you are not home, the driver may leave the item in a safe place. You may need to assist the driver with heavy or bulky items in your order.

    Most orders will provide online live tracking, although this varies depending on your area. This is the only option in regional area.

    Does not include: scheduled date, delivery time window, any stair usage, delivery inside, placement in your home, delivery to apartment door, unpacking, assembly, or rubbish removal.

  • Pick up from our Sydney Warehouse

    You are welcome to pick up from our Sydney warehouse at no charge. Our warehouse address is:

    Once your order is placed, and the items ordered are available, you will receive a confirmation email within approximately 2 business days advising you how to schedule your collection.
    Please note as this is a 3rd party warehouse, one can only collect from 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

  • Supa Centa Store Pick up

    We have a pickup service for those who wish to pick up the items from our store at the Supa Centa Moore Park in Sydney.

    We can organise this for an additional fee of $40. You can collect the items from Monday to Sunday 10am to 4pm. Thursdays you can collect from 10am to 8pm.

    Please note that this service is limited to orders with a total weight of less than 30kg.

  • Melbourne Click and Collect

    We have a pickup service for those who wish to pick up the items from our delivery partner's depot in Cambellfield, Victoria. The address of our depot in Melbourne is:

    Opening hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm

    The cost of this service covers the transport fees from our Sydney warehouse to Designer Transport's Melbourne Depot and is dependent on the total size of your order, with a minimum charge of $59.

    When your order is ready, we transfer the items from our Sydney warehouse to their depot, at which point you'll be contacted to advise you these items are ready for collection.

    Please note: Items must be collected within 10 business days of arrival at the collection point. Orders uncollected after 10 business days will be subject to additional fees for storage. 

    While we do not limit which items can be picked up via this service, as many of our items are large in size it is advisable you check the specifications for packaging size for each product before selecting this option, as some of our furniture will not fit into a standard vehicle. For small items, like dining chairs and bedside tables, this is a great option.

  • All of your items are well protected by reinforced cardboard cartons and polystyrene packaging to ensure safety during transportation.

    All elements of packaging are recyclable through local resource recycling centres. Check with your local centre before making the journey to dispose of the packaging materials. Polystyrene cannot be recycled through local council recycling bins as the micro particles will contaminate the other recyclables.
