Solid wood is harvested directly from felled trees so all pieces of timber have the same consistent internal structure.   

When compared to man-made engineered wood like plywood or particleboard, which utilises adhesives to bind wood fibres or fixes them together, this internal consistency allows solid wood TV units to be much more durable, strong, and resistant to warping and rot. This means that our entertainment units will be pristine for decades, but even more than that - when time does eventually take its toll, solid wood furniture can be restored to continue serving your household.   

However, solid wood TV units are prized for much more than just their durability. Solid wood is a natural material that has hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties and will add to a healthy living environment.
