Care

Keep your rug looking beautiful for years to come:

  • Rotate your rug every 6 months so it wears evenly and ages gracefully.
  • Some fibres will shed at first. This will settle down over time.
  • Use a rug pad to prevent slipping, protect your floors, and give your rug extra support.
  • If you see a loose thread, trim it with scissors. Pulling can cause damage.
  • Vacuum lightly once or twice a week on the gentlest setting, avoiding rotating brushes.
  • For spills, blot (never rub) with a clean cloth. A little warm water and mild soap can help, but avoid anything harsh.
  • For a deeper refresh, we recommend professional cleaning every five years.
