We’ve taken inspiration from the plush pile height of traditional Moroccan rugs and the way their characteristic organic lines form geometric patterns. Crafted in rich, vibrant colours, Macke is hand-knotted from premium New Zealand wool to bring warmth and character to your space. Why New Zealand wool? It’s celebrated for its durability and irresistibly soft touch. Our yarn undergoes an ancient dyeing technique to create subtle tonal variations, adding depth and richness to every thread. From there, it’s spun into luxurious 3-ply 3.8Nm yarn that is hand-knotted by skilled artisans onto a BCI-certified cotton warp who form the pattern by creating channels of negative space. The result? A plush, 16–25mm high pile that feels like a cloud underfoot while standing up to everyday life. Macke is where timeless charm meets modern sophistication, making it the perfect addition to any room and effortlessly complementing a variety of interior styles.

Care Instructions

Vacuum and rotate your rug frequently. Absorb moisture with paper towels and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Always use the standard floorheard and never the rotating brush, when vacuuming the rug
