Lovely quality. I purchased these two pieces with the white glove handling, grateful I didn’t have to deal with the packaging but not worth the $290 delivery white glove service, the pieces were dusty and the delivery guy install the pieces backwards against the wall. I spent some time cleaning the pieces from dust.

My only complaint is the fact that we were left with all the packaging ie loads of cardboard, foam without being told how much rubbish we had to dispose. Given we paid a lot of money and left with all the rubbish tarnished what would’ve been total satisfaction.

Solid table, 280cm can fit 4 wide Thonet chairs each side, so 10 in total. Can put our ping pong table top on top of it to convert for ping pong. Long term will see how it lasts. The white glove service was seamless.

Jackson Round Extension Dining Table - Solid Oak - 130cm-170cm

We purchased this table as a pre-order and were pleasantly surprised when it was ready for delivery much sooner than expected. We chose the “room of choice” delivery option, which I’d highly recommend—the team carried the very heavy table up three flights of stairs in our apartment block with great care and strength. The table is extremely heavy, so do keep that in mind when selecting a delivery service. I had asked the delivery team to place the box in the correct orientation so I could more easily attach the legs and flip the table, but unfortunately it was left the other way around despite reassurance. With the help of neighbours, flipping it was manageable, and attaching the legs was straightforward. The table itself is beautiful and feels solid. The extension system is excellent and very easy to use. The only drawback is the centre join: ours doesn't quite line up and has a small gap on either edge despite it coming together in the middle - we hadn’t noticed this on the display table in the showroom. Overall, though, it’s a lovely piece and we’re really happy with it.
